Kushners Garden & Patio

I would highly recommend shopping elsewhere. I would find any alternative available in the area except these inept individuals. They are the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. They were weeks late in delivering our grille. After several calls they came out unannounced, unscheduled. While we gave them the width of the grille needed, they failed to ask about other dimensions as far as depth etc. Grille did not fit due to depth issues another 3 weeks went by with no solution. When I found alternate solution for installation because he proved he was not capable I asked for installation refund. He would not provide. Shop elsewhere and save yourself the headache.

UPDATE: Owner was able to resolve miscommunication issue. I only had to pay for what I ordered. Thank you, Randy! Keep up the great work!

As a landscape/hardscape contractor, I've been a customer of many different suppliers over the years. Kushners has been my number 1. Customer service, product, and knowledge are top tier and really sets the bar high for others to follow!

I bought Pugster butterfly bushes and they were forced. It took two years for the one to become healthy and the new one is not healthy and it's due to being forced.I don't want forced plants. It's going to take another year or two for this forced unhealthy bush to become a large flowered healthy plant. I paid a good price and I expect good healthy plants after they are planted. The small cone flowers are another disappointment. I think I will shop around next spring!

I gave them 2 stars because we bought some shrubs from them several years ago and their installers were great so it was great customer service ---back then . . Unfortunately out of 4 bushes, one started dying , so we were planning to replace it. Went there to get another one several weeks ago, the person we talked with talked us out of getting the one we were looking at , even tho it wasn't exactly the same type - but that was Ok with us . He said he'd 'check around ' for the same type bush that we purchased before , and call us. We assumed we'd hear back from him in a few days or a week ,, as of now, we've never heard from him , so we started searching on our own , and found what we wanted somewhere else .
